Very good experience today, quick access appointment was easily obtained and helpful. On the other hand, I have yet to see the doctor with whom I have been registered at the practice as she is always booked up weeks in advance so now I really only use the quick access service and the nurse.

No problems with medical care, though a problem that I had for 20 years was only recently diagnosed and cured. The telephone is difficult to use as it does not seem to be answered.

1.Good diagnosis of problem. 2. Patient referred to the A and E at Royal Free should be warned this can be a very time- consuming exercise.
